How Do I Return an Item?

You can login to your account and follow the Return procedure by clicking on the completed order information and selecting Return Item(s). Follow the instructions online.

If you are unable to access your account information, please "submit a request" and provide order # and return reason/ request. If you have missing parts or require a replacement for a defective item, please indicate so.
